Tuttosport report that Inter had people in the stands when Manchester United played Zorya Luhansk in the Europa League this past Thursday. Their eyes were on Matteo Darmian, who has been somewhat exiled from the United side, was making just his second appearance all season and a report on his fitness was what Inter were after. With his exile, it makes it easier for Inter to acquire him in January through an initial loan with right to redemption attached.

I’d like to see him with our shirt, but the news about Epic Brozo caught my attention -> “De Boer he does not forgive” so this means that also Kondo may be heading out~!
What if Inter got Damian and Felipe Anderson?
Damian and Felipe can track up and down to help Miranda, Medel and Murillo when needed.
I would like to see this formation in January https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/9b10359d0897363fadb86a8c71f23c479bc42470002430bf409431cd0ffd7c6f.jpg
Nooo for anderson
How come?
I just hope inter gets at least 2 quality full backs in January
Incooonnnnsiiisteeent
Loan Darmian/Vrsaljko + Sule
That’s all we need.
This would be a great transfer.
I would rather spend som Chinese money on Fanbinho but he has jut signed a new contract and clearly won’t be available in January, so getting in Matteo Darmain would be number two in my list. He’s a great fullback who can use both his feet even though I think he preferences his right. He’s technically very strong and loves to go farward and that way will fit very well into the 4-2-3-1 where the fullback HAVE to go farward and help the wingers! Truly his an upgrade to what we got plus his Italian and wouldn’t spend much time getting into the rithm of the team and the league!
Him on the right and Anseldi on his preferred (I think) left, means we only need a good center back, because Murillo really isn’t any thing special!
Where do the “beast Murillo” go? What a shame
On the bench, I still have hopes for him – young and have a great potential but NOW he’s not ready as a full grow Inter-player.
We dont have choice though. The bench cb consist of ranno (suck), andreoli (decent but injured), yao (dont really know about him). He same like kondo just need to use their brain properly, thats all
croatian press :
it is expected that brozović is going to end up in ROMA for the price of 25mill € as soon as this week !! http://www.dnevno.hr/sport/nogomet/epizoda-u-interu-blizi-se-kraju-marcelo-brozovic-seli-u-redove-ljutog-rivala-a-oni-su-spremni-na-sve-960059
how next weak ? he is not a free agent
I don’t know. they don’t say.
what they say is that roma is very persistent and inter wants to avoid selling him in italy, but 25mill € attracts inter too much … perhaps it just rummor, who knows ?
yea its bs
I think we could easily get 25m from the PL, so the rumor seems exaggerated.
Nice, it will be nicer if one of naga or dambro out as soon as he come
Both of them + Ranno + Melo would be even better
Lolll
If that happens it means the end of the world is near mate
Lolll

Lol
If he does end up at Inter in January I think he should be deployed at LB with Ansaldi at RB. I know those are technically not their preferred sides, but given that Ansaldi is better and more prone to going forward, and Darmian is very reliable defensively, I’d rather have Darmian supporting Murillo, and Miranda left with the responsibilities of having to fill in for Ansaldi when he gets forward from time to time. I’m hoping to see a noticeable difference if/when we sign a fullback in January. We just need a fullback who adds something on either side of the field, unlike most of our current fullbacks who tend to only be a burden.
I hope murrillo improves he is taking the same path as ranochia
Not even close. I don’t think Ranocchia has ever put back to back solid performances together, meanwhile Murillo was solid for at least half a season. He was lucky enough to play under Mancini for his first year in Serie A, who always keeps a compact back line, which was a great help, but eventually teams realized our weakness was down the wings and started taking advantage of that, and that’s when we started seeing mistakes from Murillo as well. He’s still only 24 and needs a solid defensive presence next to him at LB so that he can play in his naturally aggressive style, but with the likes of D’Ambrosio or Nagatomo next to him, he had no chance. Murillo reminds me of a young Thiago Silva, not saying he’ll get to that level, but their play styles are very similar. If you look at who Thiago Silva had next to him at 24 to help him develop, Zambrotta and Nesta, compared to what Murillo has, even with Miranda being very good, it pales in comparison. Defenders at that age are only as good as the weakest link in the back line, and boy do we have some weak links! That’s why we need a fullback like Darmian who is capable of covering for Murillo if he gets over aggressive, not fullbacks that leave him essentially stranded to defend the entire left side on his own.
he reminds me of marqinios more than silva because silva is fucking strong physically what do you say?
Thiago silva is not hot headed like murillo. He is calm defensively
I’d still put Murillo closer to Thiago Silva physically. He has good strength on the ground, but is very strong in the air. Marquinhos is still a bit too frail for my liking. I always envisioned him playing in Spain, where he can get away with being a little soft and still be great.
Marquinhos game reading ability is second to non, but just a little weak in my opinion physically
For his age group definitely, but he still has a little ways to go to hit that next level and become world class. I think it’ll come by him filling out a bit, like you said he’s rather weak physically, which could become an achilles heel against certain competition. I can’t understand why he hasn’t been put on some sort of diet and training regimen to bulk up by now.
he is just a small dude, but those dudes are a pain in the arse to play against, Im a striker and I hate those types of defenders you can not shield the ball from them and they are very fast, you know how strikers have their back toward the goal like milito type, he will sniff it all out
Cannot agree more, I also have similar experience playing with that kind of defender. it just pain in the ass!
Ansaldi is not good enough to play as Fullback, his marking was poor. Look at Roma fight, when we attack there is only two man left on difense, Miranda and Murillo. Santon better than him in FB, he is better amoung our bad fullback.
It was one game, let’s give him time to adjust to the new team. I doubt his marking is actually that bad, he might’ve just been off his game after the injury. He was deployed at CB for Genoa several times last year, I would assume that means his marking is much better than he displayed against Roma.
