I understand why he is disappointed. Gabigol needs to be introduced slowly sure, but playing just 16 minutes since his arrival is ridiculous. More trust needs to be shown in Gabigol. The last thing we need is one of our potential stars becoming resentful towards our club. He has shown faith in us by signing for us, so we need to show the same respect.
He should play like Italy 3-5-2 with Eder supporting Icardi and Candreva playing his usual role there right wingback. This formation would give us greater solidity in defence and greater chances in attack as we would have 2 forwards in the box to meet the crosses and but pressure on the defence instead of the lone Icardi.
i agree on this. inters main issue is the FB’s. Why not skip them all together. the 3rd CB will be a huge issue though unless medel can take that role. i would like to see something like this:

perisic – brozo – banega – joao mario – candreva
murillo – medel – miranda
atleast we should be able to score 🙂
Looks nice. I think Ranocchia would be ok too in a 3 man defence Murillo – Miranda – Ranocchia. But he would be fourth choice CB. Andreolli should be back soon too.

Yes! That actually looks very good. i think its both creative and hard working. The defense i think is better also without the liabilities (FBs). with eder and gabigol as subs for the AM/SS’s would be better than playing too wide upfront. I like your setup very much.
Too bad no coach will try out these formations with this current team. With the current tactics we are playing we are both vulnerable at the back and we have such difficulties scoring goals.
