Vecchi needs to spend time with the first team training with the new coach. The Primavera needs to play the same formation as the first team for a much easier transition.
I think this guy (Vecchi) should have been given more time at the helm. His impact seems to have been immediate and the players play like they respect him and despite the loss to Southampton we played far better than we did under FdB (with the exception of our win over Rube).
I think Vecchi is Inter material.

Actually, if we were concentrated and in form, we would have trashed Crotone in this match with the way we dominated the game, pressed and constantly attacked them. So good job for this guy, but we need someone with more experience and authority to calm things up.
