Our left side will be deadly with perisic-rodriguez as they already have chemistry in wolfsburg. Rodriguez and darmian both are the best option for our fullback. As soon as this january will be great. Just sell naga and ambrosio.
We’ve been wanting him for the past like 3yrs and it hasn’t happened yet. Sounds similar to the Perisic situation. Hopefully with the new ownership we can actually get him, we are in dire need of fullbacks. I feel like once we fix that and with the rest of our starters we have a great team. And that will also allow us to play attacking football and actually win.
He’s been good the past few years, I haven’t seen him this year. However, this should have been a priority over the summer (not Gabigol or Joao Mario.) I hope we can get him and Darmian.

Rodriguez and Aleix Vidal should not be mentioned in the same breath. Rodriguez is at the very least a top 5 LB in the world, and in my opinion the best fullback option for Inter. Vidal on the other hand, isn’t a true fullback. He is at most a box to box RM, similar to Cuadrado, and would only be useful in a 3 defender formation.
Vidal would be Montoya 2.0

I’d fear worse because Montoya was so bad he couldn’t even find playing time, but Vidal is “good” enough to dupe a coach into starting him, and then proceeding to leave our back line stranded.

exactly coz of that.. anyway he is not geting enough game time out there.. better he comes back and play for us, he and miangue are a much better prospect than starting nagashit and dumbrosio.. and we can go full out for a proper ful back next summer rather than buying mediocre players like vidal
