Instead, at Inter they wanted to be at he top in two weeks and it just doesn’t work like that”. Anyway, there were no internal struggles in his squad: “They were at 70% fit, they knew what I wanted them to do”.

We are not a good team with the current players we have. The problem is last yr we miraculously were 1st-3rd throughout the season when the other top teams started the season extremely bad. So it set unrealistic expectations and made people think that we are a good team, when in fact we’re not.
Well its right that we lacked a strong man at the club speaking on the behalf of Suning when FDB was our coach, but after he left we got Mr Liu in as CEO and I hope he is just one of many “Suning men” bought in by the owners because of cause it isn’t helping anyone to have a group of “Italians” running the club on a day to day basic living in Milan and then having the owners living in the other side of the earth!
But as Isaid it seems like Suning are installing people they like and trust at the clubnice and easy now….

nope. not really. just look at this, i’m sick about our management. since i know this club since 1997 (still a young fans yeah) i’m in terrible time seeing we’ve been through on and on about changing coach. and what we got? only 5 good seasons, and still there’s no changing plan inside those management brain. it’s like the same pattern (hiring someone, bringing someone expensive, blah blah) like i saw in the end of 90’s or beginning of 2000’s. and if it is like really happening right now, i bet we will only get the best out of us again like 10-15 years later.
it’s not the changing coach we need. we need a better sticking plan. look what juve f*cking do with themselves? they’ve ever been going down in deep shit. but they have a root plan in their brain, it’s in their system. a strong mentality and strong management, even i really hate. otherwise, i have to admit that we are suck in that level. well, i think that’s is, because i’m bleeding seeing our beloved club. but don’t get offended, though 🙂
