Calciomercato.com reports that Inter have taken some steps forward in their pursuit of Wolfsburg’s Ricardo Rodriguez.
According to the report, Inter have started talks with the player’s entourage and the discussions have landed in a 4 year contract where the Swiss full-back would earn around €3 million per season including bonuses. Although an agreement has not been reached, the parties are not far from reaching an agreement, which if found would make his transfer to Inter in the summer much easier.

This should be our number 1 priority
He prefers Italy because it’s near to his family at Swiss. This a good opportunity for Inter since he didn’t ask huge contracts. Perhaps Perisic can also help us to convince him. Just arrange a deal similar to Gagliardini, 5 million euros for loan now and 17 million euros redemption at summer mercato would be enough.
oh my god this is actually happening
Bringing Rodriguez now or in the summer would be a difference between CL and no Europe at all, hope I’m wrong.
Summer?
I think due to FFP, we can only conclude this deal in the summer unless we sell Banega or Kondo. Now or summer, closing this transfer would make me very happy.
He is so awesome, yet he will earn around as much as many other shitty players *cough*Melo*cough* in our team. Why should he agree? He can easily get like 7-8mln in PSG or Chelsea. I think this story is media BS
3 mln is a good salary even for psg and chelsea players unless you think it’s a growth
well he can get that much money there. but it seems that he prefers ital over france and england.
