Everyone’s been a bit harsh on him and the lack of playing time isn’t helping. Yeah he seems promising but he doesn’t play enough to understand what the rest of the team can do with him. Everyone is used to Icardi but not with Gabriel. He needs playing time to allow him to fit into the team better but at this rate, it’ll be a while.
Isn’t that a bit too simple – just because you score like there´s no tomorrow in a lower league doesn’t mean you keeps on doing it on a higher level!
I wasn’t impressed with him against Empoli! He had 20 minutes on the pitch but never showed anything and actually Pinamonti, who had 5-10 minutes seemed much more dangerous and had at least one shot on goal that made the goalkeeper pull out a save, and Pina is 3 years younger and only 17!!!! years old!
What do u expect mate? They both are brazilian. It is obvious he will say good things about him. I dont know why pioli didnt want to start him. If he really is good he must be getting more playing time from him.
I surely know why he didn’t start; Palacio offers much more to the team than Gabi does at the moment and Eder too in terms of working rate and in terms of leaving everything on the pitch for the club and team – Eder´s goal was a great example of that!
Gabi is just lack of playing time and burdened with his transfer fee.
