If Mancini (or FDB) had fielded an experimental side and lost 3-1 at the SS he would have been panned. How did RM do against Roma at SS again? Pioli has now lost to Juve, Roma, Napoli and Lazio in 4 months. Having said that another year 0 in August is the last thing anyone needs and he has not (yet) alienated any player.
So losing 4/5 games against the top 3 means we have nothing to envy about them?
