The current international break is certainly encouraging with regards to Inter’s Italian contingent. This is the first time since 2004 that 4 Inter players have been called up to the Azzurri senior side. Roberto Gagliardini, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Antonio Candreva, and Eder were all called up by Giampiero Ventura. According to Il Corriere Dello Sera, Inter want to continue with Italians in the side. The nerazzurri are looking to sign one of Berardi and Bernardeschi, while Verratti remains a dream target. Inter will do everything to return as a protagonist in Italy.
