As part of Inter’s continued countdown to the clubs 110th anniversary, the Nerazzurri’s chosen story today celebrated Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima – better known simply as just Ronaldo – winning the Balon D’Or while with the club.
Today marks 20 years to the day since Il Fenomeno picked up the award. The Brazilian made just shy of a century of appearances for the Nerazzurri, 99 to be exact, and scored no less than 59 goals over a five year spell at San Siro.
