Racing Club manager Eduardo Coudet has revealed he hopes to be able to count upon Inter destined Lautaro Martinez until the end of the calendar year.
Speaking to TyC Sports, he said, “The reality is that I do not know what to say to the fans. I am with the mother, who wants him to stay until December. It is not something for me to speak on, it is a problem between him and his mother. I believe that in December we will have to find another striker because there are several Italian, Spanish, German and English teams that want Lautaro.”
The Argentine forward is regarded as one of the South American nation’s top prospects and has netted 10 goals this season in 12 appearances in all competitions. It is understood that Inter have an agreement in principal with both his agent and his family over a move but have yet to strike a deal with the Argentine club.
