Inter’s Keita Transfer On Standby As Candreva Takes Time To Reflect

As the final weeks of an eventful transfer summer comes to an end, Inter’s Sporting Director Piero Ausilio is working on bringing in the final pieces of the puzzle to give coach Spalletti what he needs to mount a successful season in charge of the Nerazzurri.

Italian TV Channel SportMediaset reports the latest on the player exchange deal between Inter and Monaco concerning Antonio Candreva and Keita Balde stating that although Inter already have the green light from the Senegalese former Lazio winger, another former Lazio player is taking some time to decide things before making up his mind.

According to the report, Antonio Candreva is not convinced Ligue 1 and Monaco are the right move for him at this stage in his career and reportedly does not want to leave Inter either.

In conclusion, Sportmediaset confirm that the deal, should Candreva accept, is a straight swap deal but where Inter will have an option to make the transfer permanent for around €30 million.
