Real Betis are dealing for Manchester City’s Oleksander Zinchenko according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.
Betis officials have made an initial offer to the reigning Premier League champions and it is now up to the Ukrainian international whether or not he wishes to move to the Andalusian club. In addition to holding talks with Manchester City, Betis have also already discussed the details of the prospective move with the Spanish FA.
The Seville based La Liga outfit have also been courting Inter midfielder Joao Mario and quite what their courtship of Zinchenko will mean for the Portuguese is as yet unclear.
The 25-year-old had been wanting a return to the Premier League where he enjoyed a loan spell last season but no moves that convinced Inter were forthcoming. The player has been warned to find a new club or he will be left on the sidelines for the next six months until the next transfer window opens where Inter will look to move him on again if unsuccessful this window.
