Former Inter and Milan midfielder Andrea Pirlo spoke on this Sunday’s Milan derby among other related topics.
“It will be a balanced derby. Both teams come in to it from a positive moment, I think it will be a good match,” he admitted in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
Pirlo then weighed in on the debate about who is better between Inter’s Icardi and Milan’s Higuain.
“Icardi is one of the strongest in the box, Higuain is more complete and makes the team play well, they are both great strikers.”
He proceeded to speak on the managers of both teams.
“If I were to pick between Luciano Spalletti or Gennaro Gattuso, I would pick the Rossonero, Gattuso. I think they will play the same teams from the last games. Then again you never know, it can happen that during the course of the week other things happen and we could see the entrances of Cutrone and Lautaro.
