Tottenham coach, Mauricio Pochettino, was interviewed by BT Sport where he spoke about their 2-1 win against PSV in the Champions League at Wembley:
“It was a difficult game, we played very well and created a lot of chances. The team deserved the victory and I’m very happy. Now we have to recover for Saturday. We are very confident, the team is growing a lot and we have fought and showed character. We have never given up, but now we have two very important games ahead of us, and I’m optimistic about both of them.”
“If we beat Inter, we will both have 7 points with a game left to play. We will try to win against Barcelona but now we are focused on Inter as we lost points to them even though we played better than them. I believe we can beat them. If we win, we will have the greatest chance of going through to the next round” Pocchettino concluded.
