Prior to Inter’s match against Atalanta, club captain Mauro Icardi was presented with two awards, the 2017/18 Capocannoniere (Serie A top scorer) and the Serie A player of the month award for October.
The 25-year-old played in three league games in October for the Nerazzurri against SPAL, Milan and Lazio and scored five goals in the process.
