Roberto Calenda, the agent of Inter winger Keita Balde, has discussed his future with the Nerazzurri but firstly discussed how the 23-year-old came to arrive at Inter in the first place.
“Inter was immediately receptive once the possibility of closing the operation was there. There were other interested teams. Napoli had moved for him and we had received a call from Tottenham but faced with the possibility of joining Inter, Keita had no doubts, he immediately made his wishes clear,” Calenda told Gazzetta dello Sport.
Calenda then spoke on the likelihood of Inter taking up their purchase option on the Senegalese winger and he appears very confident that he will remain with Inter.
“I have the impression that Keita will not be another Cancelo, Inter will find a way to redeem him. There is plenty of time until the end of May. If he does what he must do, there will be no doubts about him staying at Inter.”
