With an expiring contract, interest is beginning to increase in Inter centre back Andrea Ranocchia and the interest is not limited to Italian clubs according to a report from FCInterNews.it.
Spanish club Villarreal have offered the Italian international a three year contract and their offer represents the best one presently on the table for Ranocchia.
Ranocchia also has interest in his services from England where he previously spent time on loan with Hull City. Fulham have expressed an interest and have performed an initial survey on the 30-year-old.
Ranocchia is yet to make an appearance this season for Inter which would suggest his days with the club are certainly numbered. A member of the Nerazzurri squad since 2010, Ranocchia has made 188 appearances across all competitions and was previously club captain. Recent reports have however suggested that he may make his seasonal debut in Inter’s Coppa Italia clash with Benevento next Sunday.
