Despite no date having been set between Wanda Nara and Inter regarding the contract renewal talks concerning her husband and client, Nerazzurri captain Mauro Icardi, the signals coming from the club regarding the situation are positive, Italian broadcaster SportMediaset report.
According to the report, both parties have decided to continue together after both Inter CEO and Wanda Nara made statements in recent days suggesting that an agreement would be found.
However, the Nerazzurri are in no hurry, according to the report, because the Argentinian international striker will not leave the club in January and soon Inter President Steven Zhang will personally come on to the scene to wrap up the negotiations.
According to SportMediaset Zhang will present Wanda with an offer of €7 million plus add-on’s net until the end of June 2023, as well as removing the release fee clause, or at the very least raise it so that it exceeds €150 million.
