Marco Materazzi spoke today to GazzaOffside about his former teammate Mario Balotelli, who is rumoured to be close to joining AC Milan.
“If he can move to Milan? Absolutely, and he could just aswell carry them to the third place with his qualities. We all know that he likes them. He had Milan-socks on in our dressing room…and I tore them of his feet.”
“He is my friend, yet in the end you have to realize what kind of person Mario is. He is a big child, he likes to have fun all the time, and so had I in his company. I have only good memories with Mario. I don’t know if he only has good memories with me, after the game against Barcelona. But he was like a son or a younger brother to me, when we were togheter in Inter.”
