No More Doubts, Conte Will Be Inter’s Manager Next Season

There are no longer any doubts about it, Antonio Conte will certainly become the next manager of Inter starting from next season according to a report from Corriere della Sera.

All that is required before Inter can make any form of official announcement about his appointment is qualification for the Champions League which they could secure tonight with a victory in Naples against Napoli.

The report from the Milan based newspaper goes on to report that current Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is well aware that he will not be guiding Inter into next season and will depart the club after two seasons – where in all likelihood he will have led Inter to Champions League qualification in each of his seasons in charge.

As per various reports in recent weeks, Conte has agreed terms with Inter over a three year deal. He will have an annual salary of €9 million, making him one of the highest paid coaches in Serie A.
