The Antonio Conte revolution at Inter will affect more than just the first team with the Inter youth teams set to adopt the same system that newly appointed boss Conte uses according to a report from Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.
Conte is largely expected to deploy Inter in a 3-5-2 system in his debut campaign in charge and this will be mimicked by the youth teams of the Nerazzurri.
Primavera manager Armando Madonna has in fact already started to lay the foundations for his team playing in a 3-5-2 formation next season. In their 3-0 league semi-final victory against Roma Madonna used the system, clearly with great success given the scoreline on the day.
With the youth teams adopting the system of the first team, it is clear that the club management are wanting to make the pathway to the first team that little bit easier for the young players in their ranks.
