Inter’s academy forward Facundo Colidio could be set for a move on loan to Scotland next season, after Kilmarnock reportedly expressed an interest.
Gazzetta dello Sport today reported Inter still believe in the 19-year-old and are tempted by the prospect of giving him a year’s experience abroad.
Kimarnock appointed Antonio Conte’s former assistant Angelo Alessio as their new manager last week and the pair’s relationship could potentially help talks.
Colidio cost Inter €9 million when they signed him from Boca Juniors in 2017 and is considered one of Argentina’s brightest young talents.
Inter are selling many of their academy players this month in a bid to recoup €40 million in capital gains, a task they have set themselves to avoid risks relating to Financial Fair Play.
Colidio would only be moving on loan to Kilmarnock, though, meaning he would not help the club move closer to their target.
The forward scored 12 goals and created six assists in all competitions for Inter’s Primavera last season.
