Juventus have decided to make an approach to sign Manchester United’s Belgian international striker, Romelu Lukaku, Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.
According to the report it remains to be seen if this a simple maneuver to disturb Inter and force the Nerazzurri to raise their offer to sign Lukaku or if Bianconeri director Paratici is serious about signing a player Antonio Conte has expressly asked Inter to sign.
If it is the former, this will not be a big issue for Inter but should it be the latter, this could cause a lot of trouble at Inter as the Nerazzurri could be forced to reintegrate Icardi into the squad, with three years left on his contract.
Inter, have however the green light for a transfer from Lukaku after having moved first for the player with Antonio Conte having expressly told Inter’s directors to “bring me Lukaku” according to Di Marzio.
