Valentino Lazaro will miss Inter’s International Champions Cup debut on Saturday after picking up a thigh strain in training.
Antonio Conte has already been deprived of Matteo Politano for the start of his preseason tour in Asia, further reducing his options up front.
Inter this morning announced Lazaro had suffered a similar fate, all but guaranteeing he will not feature against Manchester United.
“His condition will be evaluated further in the coming days,” the club tweeted.
