Ivan Perisic could make his Bayern Munich debut as a starter in this Friday’s Bundesliga season opener against Hertha Berlin according to a report from T-Online.
The Croatian is on the verge of completing a loan with redemption option move to the Bavarian club and due to the scarce options in the attack, Perisic could be called upon immediately despite the fact he will only begin training with his new teammates on Wednesday.
Having had a full pre-season under his belt with Inter, the 30-year-old is in good shape and has plenty match fitness too.
Perisic underwent his medical with the reigning Bundesliga champions earlier on today and will be leaving Inter after four seasons at the club after he joined from Wolfsburg for around €15 million.
Perisic made a total of 45 appearances across all competitions this past season for Inter. In just over 3600 minutes on the park, Perisic scored nine goals and provided eight assists.
