Lucien Agoume will soon be able to take the leap from Inter’s Primavera to Inter’s first team, at least according to a report from Tuttosport.
Inter snapped up the 17-year-old French midfielder during the Summer transfer window from FC Sochaux and he has made five appearances across all competitions for the Primavera this season.
“Standing at 185 cm tall, he combines his technical ability with a physical presence. It is not surprising that in the Summer Antonio Conte wanted him involved in the first team and also used him in some pre-season friendlies and he was left impressed.
“Agoume, who carries the ‘next Paul Pogba’ tag in France, will be moulded by Conte, who sculpted Pogba into the player he is now whilst he was at Juventus. It will take a few more months but the impression is that, despite Agoume and Pogba playing different roles on the pitch, Inter have signed a baby Pogba who promises to be able to make the jump soon.”
