Inter legend Alessandro Altobelli has taken to social media to document his meeting with legendary Italian defender Claudio Gentile.
Altobelli and Gentile played together in the Italian national team together between 1980 and 1984 and Altobelli, who is one of the top 10 goalscorers in Inter history, has labelled Gentile as one of the greatest defenders of all time as part of his post to social media platform Instagram.
Gentile spent the majority of his 16 year playing career on the books of Inter’s arch-rivals Juventus and was part of the Italy team who won the 1982 World Cup.
