Over the next two days at training, Inter manager Antonio Conte will be paying particular attention to Stefano Sensi and will decide whether or not to include him in the squad for Sunday’s match against Sassuolo according to a report in today’s paper edition of Tuttosport.
Sensi sustained an injury to his thigh in his right leg during Inter’s 2-1 Derby D’Italia defeat to arch-rivals Juventus just before the international break and has used the break to recover.
He joined the rest of his Inter teammates in full training for both sessions that took place yesterday and now it remains to be seen whether Conte will include him in the squad for the match against his former employers, even if only to include him on the substitutes bench.
The report from the Turin based news outlet does go on to state that the 24-year-old Italian will absolutely be available against Borussia Dortmund for the Champions League clash next midweek.
