In an interview with FCInterNews.it, Everson Pereira Da Silva, the agent of Inter owned defender Dalbert has explained why his client sought a loan move away this past Summer.
“Dalbert is doing very good. He’s playing and you can see what he’s doing: it’s really good work. Those who follow Fiorentina’s matches every week will notice that it is a very balanced team between the three lines of defence, midfield and attack. The proof of this is the good results achieved in the first part of the season.
“He was neither sad nor happy to leave Inter. The right thing, at that moment, was to think about playing. Dalbert has always thought of this, and I think he was right and he did well. The priority was to take to the field more often.
“He knows his skills and potential very well. I can say with certainty that he never gave up. Dalbert and his family are happy to be in Florence and he is happy play for Fiorentina and I think this is easy to see.”
In conclusion he was asked about what the future could hold for his client.
“It is useless to talk about what will happen in six months or in June: the objective now is to enjoy the good period that is he is having. He is giving his all to maintain this standard of performance until the end of the season.”
