Stefano Sensi’s condition is improving but he will not be back in time for Inter’s upcoming Europa League last 16 tie at home to Getafe according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.
The midfielder, who joined Inter in a season long loan with option to buy from Sassuolo this past Summer, is currently sidelined due to a foot injury which has been one in a long line of injuries the midfielder has had during his time with the Nerazzurri.
24-year-old Sensi has missed Inter’s past four games across all competitions due to his current injury and has missed a total of 16 games this term due to injuries.
Victor Moses will also continue to be unavailable to Inter manager Antonio Conte, with him still dealing with a thigh strain.
The report goes on to stand that given Serie A football has been stopped until at least April 3, Conte will likely field a very strong team on Thursday opposed to the rotated team he had fielded in each of Inter’s previous Europa League games this year.
