Lazio remain in talks with Hellas Verona over central defender Marash Kumbulla according to a report from Italian broadcaster SportItalia, which was aired a short time ago.
The Biancocelesti are keen to snap up the highly rated Albanian national team player, who Hellas Verona are understood to want in the region of €30 million for.
Inter are also interested in signing Kumbulla but the report goes on to explain that Inter are not prioritizing signing him right now.
The report goes on to explain that Inter identified Kumbulla as the perfect reinforcement for the defence and talks between Inter and Hellas Verona have been taking place since back in January.
The report goes on to conlcudes that updates on Kumbulla’s future are likely to come in the coming weeks.
This season the 20-year-old, who is under contract with his current employers until 2022, has made 26 appearances across all competitions to date this term, in which he has scored a single goal.
