Legendary Inter striker Diego Milito has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to thank former Inter president and owner Massimo Moratti for a gift commerorating Inter’s historic treble success 10 years ago.
Milito made 171 appearances across all competitions during a five year spell with the club. The former Argentine naitonal team forward scored 75 goals and tallied 29 assists and was absolutely pivotal in Inter winning the treble which consisted of the Serie A, Coppa Italia and Champions League in the 2009/10 season.
He posted: “A very special plaque that I will keep with great affection. Thank you President Moratti for this beautiful gift.”
