Aleksandar Kolarov will undergo a medical with Inter on either Monday or Tuesday according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
Inter and Roma have agreed a deal totalling €1.5 million including add-ons for the versatile Serbian defender, who has agreed to a one year contract with an option to a second year with the Nerazzurri club. Kolarov will earn €3.5 million a year.
Kolarov’s medical will take place on Monday or Tuesday as it depends on when he gets back from representing the Serbian national team in the UEFA Nations League with them due to face Russia and Turkey in the coming days.
The 34-year-old former Manchester City player was virtually ever present for the Giallorossi club last season with him making 42 appearances across all competitions. In just over 3500 minutes on the park, he scored seven goals and provided five assists for his teammates.
