Turkish Media Claim Galatasaray Want Inter’s Radja Nainggolan On Loan

Turkish side Galatasaray are interested in signing Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan on loan, but the Nerazzurri still want the player to be sold outright, according to a report from Turkish media outlet Fotomac earlier today.

The report details how the 32-year-old Belgian midfielder impressed last season on loan with fellow Italian side Cagliari, quickly earning the captain’s armband and becoming a core part of the squad. Coach Eusebio Di Francesco has publicly commented on the importance of the player to the team, but the club cannot afford to purchase him outright currently and instead are looking for another loan deal.

Turkish side Galatasaray are also interested in signing Nainggolan on loan, the report continues, offering to pay the Nerazzurri €1 million and the player €2.5 million. Inter’s position is clear though, the club only want to sell the Belgian outright, closing the disappointing chapter. The two clubs have a good relationship stemming from the deal for Yuto Nagatomo in 2018.
