Lautaro Martinez continues to hope that he will get a move to Barcelona according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.
The Inter and Argentine national team striker has long been linked with a potential switch to Barcelona and he continues to hope that he will swap Inter for them.
This report from the Milan based news outlet comes just a day after his representatives met with Inter for what was described as a courtesy visit.
One of his agents Beto Yaque stated that Lautaro would be staying and denied that there was ever anything with either Barcelona or Real Madrid.
Last season Lautaro, who joined Inter in 2018 from Superliga Argentina side Racing Club, made 49 appearances across all competitions.
In his time on the park, which totalled just under 3600 minutes, Lautaro scored 21 goals and provided a total of seven assists for his teammates.
