Inter Coach Antonio Conte Unhappy About Only Having 1 Training With Full Squad Ahead Of Derby Vs AC Milan

Inter coach Antonio Conte will only have one full training session to prepare for next weekend’s derby against AC Milan, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how many players are still out with their national teams and will not return until the tail end of this week.

Six Nerazzurri players have tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss next weekend’s game, these players being Alessandro Bastoni, Milan Skriniar, Roberto Gagliardini, Radja Nainggolan, Ionut Radu and Ashley Young.

The four Inter players who didn’t join their national teams have been placed in isolation by the team in order to guarantee their health and to avoid losing any more players to the contagion.

Samir Handanovic, Daniele Padelli, Andrea Ranocchia and Matteo Darmian are all now undergoing individual training.

Due to these circumstances, Conte’s only training session with the full squad will take place on Friday, before undergoing some finishing work on Saturday morning, a fact that he is unhappy about.
