Christian Eriksen will get a rare opportunity to start for Inter in tonight’s Champions League group stage opener against Borussia Monchengladbach according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was broadcast a short time ago.
The Danish national team attacking midfielder’s struggles from last season have continued into this season but despite this, the 28-year-old is set to be started as an attacking midfielder in behind Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez.

Inter probable starting line-up (3-4-1-2); Samir Handanovic; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan de Vrij, Aleksandar Kolarov; Achraf Hakimi, Nicolo Barella, Arturo Vidal, Ivan Perisic; Christian Eriksen; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
Inter versus Borussia Monchengladbach is scheduled to kick off at 9pm local time.
