Achraf Hakimi’s condition is not something that is worrying Inter ahead of Wednesday’s Serie A match at home to Napoli according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Moroccan national team right wing-back came on at half time in yesterday’s 3-1 away win over Cagliari but was substituted off on the 83rd minute after taking a blow to his calf. Hakimi has only bruised his calf and his condition is not worrying.
The report from the Milan based news outlet meanwhile goes on to add that the condition of attacker Alexis Sanchez will be assessed.
The Chilean national team player is currently tired and it now remains to be seen what sort of condition he will be in but his tiredness is likely to be helped by the fact Inter boss Antonio Conte granted the team a day of rest today.
Stefano Sensi, who has been slowly re-introduced since recovering from injury, is fine, the report concludes.
