Whilst Inter manager Antonio Conte dismissed the obligations for his side to win the Serie A title in yesterday’s press conference, today’s match versus Napoli is a real test as far as Inter’s title credentials are concerned, a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter have not recorded a win over one of the big sides in Serie A this season with them losing the Milan derby versus AC Milan and drawing with both Lazio and Atalanta away from home.

Nevertheless, Inter are still seen as the favourites to go all the way and win a first Serie A title since the 2009/10 season this season by many, despite Conte’s words yesterday. The pressure on Inter was lifted slightly with their comeback win over Cagliari but this has not stopped Conte’s desire to find enemies that are simply do not exist.

The report highlights that Inter could put together a string of five league victories with a win tonight, something they last achieved last season when they beat Brescia, Bologna, Hellas Verona, Torino and SPAL.

Tuttosport also go on to report that Conte will be without Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal tonight with both players to miss out due to injury problems. Achraf Hakimi should however be on the pitch after he trained with teammates yesterday.
