Inter asked their fans to send in photos for today’s match against Crotone in a post on their Twitter page yesterday.
Italian teams are still required to play behind closed doors due to the ongoing global Covid-19 pandemic, and so the Nerazzurri use photos of fans in Inter gear around the stadium to help galvanize the squad.
It is likely that fans will be absent until the end of the season.
Inter posted a photo of some fans of Nerazzurri garb alongside the caption:
“Take a selfie or a photo with the Nerazzurri Christmas Jumper and you can see yourself on the stadium LEDS during Inter v Crotone.”
