Inter remain interested in Borussia Monchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram, but they could face competition for his signature from the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Everton.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the Nerazzurri still consider the Frenchman a target and could resume their pursuit in upcoming transfer windows.

Thuram had reportedly been a major target for the Nerazzurri during the summer when they were searching for attacking reinforcements after the departure of Romelu Lukaku.

However, a knee injury which ruled him out for several weeks caused the club to turn their attention to other targets before the end of the transfer window.

The Gladbach man is still on Inter’s radar, however, and they have not given up hope on signing him in the future.

However, the likes of Dortmund and Everton are also tracking the 24-year-old, and the Nerazzurri would find themselves in a race with them should they seek to bring Thuram in.
