Paris Saint Germain are keeping a close eye on the contract stand-off that Marcelo Brozovic is currently in with Inter, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, the French have become extremely skilled at signing players when their contracts are expiring, as they did with Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, and more last summer.

Marcelo Brozovic appears to be demanding a wage that Inter are not prepared to give him. There is almost no urgency from the Croatian midfielder and his entourage to enter further negotiations about the deal.

It would be a major blow to Inter and Simone Inzaghi to lose such an important player on a free transfer, especially given Simone Inzaghi sees him as crucial to the system that the team play in.

Tottenham Hotspur are another club who have been linked with the player now that Antonio Conte is in charge.
