Inter has shared a photo to the official Instagram page of the club showing Nicolo Barella and Alessandro Bastoni hugging whilst at training.
The post is accompanied by the caption: “Free Hugs”. The two Inter players have been friends for many years and were both called up by Roberto Mancini for Italy’s two decisive World Cup qualifier matches against Switzerland and Northern Ireland.
Alessandro Bastoni was not fit to be in the squad for the first game.
