Inter have found an agreement for a new contract with young Italian defender Federico Dimarco, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInter1908, Inter have successfully negotiated a new contract with the academy graduate that will keep him at the club until 2026.

This is also the year that the recent new deals of Lautaro Martinez and Nicolo Barella will run until, suggesting some planning among the Inter executives.

The new wage for the 24-year-old defender will be €1.5 million and the official announcement of the contract is expected in the very near future.

Federico Dimarco spent 18 months on loan at Hellas Verona working under Ivan Juric and that is where he majorly developed as a player.

He has then been in a rotation role with Ivan Perisic on the left side of the midfield for Inter this season which he has ben very effective in.
