Two current Inter players were named among the thirty best footballers in the world for the year 2021 by France Football at yesterday’s Ballon D’Or ceremony, in the form of Lautaro Martinez and Nicolo Barella who finished 21st and 26th respectively.
The Nerazzurri congratulated the pair with a post on their official Instagram account, where they make sure to let fans know that the two players have had their individual accomplishments for club and country recognized.
They captioned the post, “21st for Lautaro and 26th for Barella in the France Football rankings. These ballers!”
