Inter have continued their incredible ability to score goals and have stretched the run to 34 consecutive Serie A fixtures with at least one goal scored, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, the Nerazzurri’s two goals scored yesterday in the 2-0 win over Spezia took them to 36 this season in just 15 matches.

That is not bettered by anyone else in the division and given the defence appears to have tightened up compared to the early weeks of the season, Simone Inzaghi is clearly doing a great job at the club.

If Inter can score at least once in each of their next four matches, they will have gone the equivalent of an entire season of matches without drawing a blank.

Roberto Gagliardini opened the scoring against Spezia and he is now the 16th different goalscorer the team have had so far this season.
