Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni is glad to have gotten 2022 off to a winning start with the Nerazzurri’s 2-1 win over Lazio.
The 22-year-old scored his first goal of the season with a long-range strike in the first half, and the Nerazzurri got their eighth win in a row in Serie A to go top of the table once again.
Bastoni posted a picture of his goal celebration on his Instagram account, dedicating his effort to his upcoming child.
He captioned the photo, “The best way to start the year: a score and a victor. It’s all for you babies.”
