The conditions of the players who played the full 120 minutes in the Supercoppa Italiana final will be evaluated and the player who is reportedly the most tired is Stefan de Vrij.
Andrea Ranocchia may be called upon to replace him against Atalanta, but there is also a chance for Danilo D’Ambrosio or Federico Dimarco to be brought into the backline.
There is likely to be a much heavier rotation of the squad when Inter faces Empoli in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday night.
