Inter have everything wrapped up on a contract extension for midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, and will officially announce it soon.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the agreement is finalized and that the 29-year-old’s father and family lawyer will soon be in Milan for the signing, which should be announced after the Serie A clash with Venezia at the latest.

Inter have been working hard to get an agreement wrapped up on an extension for Brozovic, whose current deal expires at the end of June and who is a vital player in the squad, over the past couple months.

The Croat’s father and family lawyer will meet with the club sometime this week, where they will make the deal official on a new four-year contract worth a net of €6 million per season plus add-ons.

The agreement will then be officially announced, possibly before the Venzia clash or if not, shortly after, with the international break coming after the weekend.
